A Reminder to bring your Tithes & Offerings

We need to remember that when we give our tithes and
offerings, they are given to GOD . . . not to the "church"
God teaches us "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse,
that there may be food in my house". "Test me in this", says
the Lord almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the flood-
gates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will
not have room enough for for it".   Micah 3: 10-11
   Jesus reminds us "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."
Matthew 6: 19-21
Jesus didn't say your treasure will go where your heart is.
He said your heart will go where your treasure is.
We encourage you to prayerfully consider where YOUR heart is, Amen

Care Center Services for Residents
The First Christian Church of Ashland leads a worship service at the
Ashland Care Center on the 4th Sunday of every month - 9:15 am
Delise Hauschild has quietly lead the service for several years.
Thank you, Delise!!
Volunteers are appreciated in helping with this important outreach
The service lasts about 30 minutes so there is plenty of time
to be able to return to the church for part of Sunday School, Worship & Communion.

Chapel Service for Residents - are held each Thursday afternoon - 2:00 pm
The Ashland First Christian Church participates in Chapel Services each THU pm,
as well, together with the Ashland Ministerial Association and various volunteers.
We are scheduled to be the "host worship provider" next,
on THURSDAY; the 18th of MARCH 2010 @ 2:00 pm
We welcome the opportunity to serve
the NEW residents of the Oxbow Living Center !
NEW - A Worship Service will follow at Oxbow Living Center - 2:45 pm
